Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EthicMint services delivered through our website and applications. By creating an account, accessing our tools, or using our content, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. EthicMint provides informational resources, analysis tools, and optional paid advisory services aimed at helping individuals and organizations integrate ethical criteria into business decisions. Use of the platform is subject to applicable laws and these Terms; please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1Eligibility
To use EthicMint, you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and comply with applicable laws. Individuals acting on behalf of organizations must have the authority to bind the organization. If you are registering on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the necessary authorization and that you will ensure compliance with these Terms by all users associated with your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use EthicMint services. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you must confirm you meet any age or eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use EthicMint only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Prohibited uses include unauthorized data scraping, evading security, impersonation, and any activities that would harm other users or EthicMint’s operations.
EthicMint operates from Singapore and services may be subject to legal or regulatory limitations in some jurisdictions. Access may be restricted based on local laws or export controls. If access is prohibited where you are located, you must not use the services.
2Account and Access
Account registration requires accurate information and a valid email address. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining up-to-date contact and billing details. EthicMint may use account and usage data to personalize recommendations and improve service offerings.
Keep account information current and complete. Providing inaccurate or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account. We may periodically verify account information and contact you to confirm details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share them. Notify EthicMint immediately at [email protected] or +6580160873 if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling available security features.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by EthicMint. Transferring access or selling accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] or call +6580160873. Provide relevant details so we can take prompt action to secure the account and advise on next steps.
EthicMint may suspend or restrict accounts for security reasons, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or non-payment of fees. During suspension you may lose access to features and stored content until the issue is resolved.
3Services
EthicMint offers tools, analytics, educational content, and optional advisory services to support business decisions aligned with ethical principles. Content includes scoring models, screening tools, checklists, and custom reporting. Paid plans may include priority support and personalized coaching. Our materials are intended to inform and support your decision process rather than replace professional advice.
We may modify, add, or remove features and services from time to time. Changes will be reflected on the platform and, where appropriate, in email communications. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide advance notice and options for existing subscribers when possible.
We strive for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. From time to time, scheduled maintenance or unexpected disruptions may occur. EthicMint is not liable for temporary outages and will aim to restore service promptly.

7Paid Services and Subscriptions
EthicMint offers subscription plans and one-time paid services that provide advanced features, access to premium data, and personalized advisory sessions. Paid services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at purchase.
Pricing for paid services is displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and may vary by plan and region. Promotional pricing may be limited in time and is subject to change. Details of current pricing are available on our website or during checkout.
We accept major payment methods as displayed during checkout, including credit/debit cards and approved payment processors. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms.
Subscriptions typically renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not necessarily result in refunds for the current billing period.
Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is appropriate due to an error or exceptional circumstance, contact support with relevant details. We will review requests and respond in a timely manner.
To cancel a subscription, use the account portal or email [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Any access to paid features typically continues until the end of the paid period.
Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases, including GST or other local taxes. Where EthicMint is required to collect taxes, they will be shown at checkout and included in the price charged.
We may change prices for subscription plans. Existing subscribers will be provided notice of price increases and may be offered options or time to cancel prior to changes taking effect.
Failure to pay for a subscription may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features. We may charge late fees or retry failed payments using the payment method on file.
8Disclaimer
Information and tools provided by EthicMint are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional business, legal, tax, or commitment advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to their specific circumstances. EthicMint does not act as an commitment advisor or fiduciary in the absence of a separate written agreement.
9Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EthicMint’s liability for direct damages arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the relevant paid services during the preceding six months. EthicMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of benefits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
10Third-Party Services
We may use third-party vendors and partners to provide parts of the service, including data providers, hosting services, and payment processors. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. EthicMint is not responsible for third-party actions or failures.
11Termination
EthicMint may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
Upon termination, access to paid features will end and content may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, including outstanding payments. Requests for data retrieval after termination may be subject to fees.
12Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using EthicMint, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
13Communications
We will communicate primarily by email to the address associated with your account. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement to provide notices in writing. For urgent matters, we may call using the phone number on file.
14Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be posted with a clear effective date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
